I have a USB wireless mouse/keyboard made by logitech. I plugged in the USB wireless adapter and Windows Vista found drivers. I can't figure how to get the wireless mouse to work with it though. Can anyone give me some steps to get this to work please. Thanks in advanced.

What model is of mouse is it? Check the mouse, it probably needs a battery (if it is built in you'll need to charge it first, if it does not use a docking station/recharge dock you probably need a AA or AAA battery, open the battery compartment on the mouse to check). There is usually a sync button that will send out a connection signal from the usb adapter to the mouse to wake it up (mine has two, one on the mouse and one on the adapter). Other than that try a different usb port (maybe that one has some issue).
For the most part it should be a simple plug and play device so it shouldnt be very complicated.
