    I recently bought my laptop for my college and my budget was under 650 lol and i was looking around every website (newegg,amazon,hp..etc) I found this computer less than 600$ ! I have bought it, tell me if I made a good decision. I'm still waiting for it to come ! >.< (damn HP and their wait for customized notebooks.)

    lol my budget was under $600 though.. why would i get a 400$ laptop thats slower

    Yup and they were selling it, with only a dual core processor. :)

    Oh, here's the $400 Llano notebook I was talking about. I believe there was a similar Lenovo model as well.

    you overpaid by about $75.

    i don't think the A8-4500m can command over $450, especially without a separate discrete graphics card.


    Staples was selling this exact laptop for $400+tax after rebate for college students not too long ago. It was model dv6-7010
