I upgraded from Vista to Windows XP no sound!

I installed Conexant audio i have HP LAPTOP 9205us


and it does not work like i installed like 3 different steup

first one says ERROR NO MEDIA DEVICE FOUND ( Or something like that)

and the second says ERROR NO MODEM DEVICE FOUND

WHAT CAN I DO


P.S ANd yes i install UAA first and full model name is HP PAVILLION 9205US

I installed version 1.00 B3 UAA first

check that thread. download the latest drivers by Hackez and follow my guide. you dont need to slipstream the ICH8M driver though.
