    i hope this hasnt been done to death,


    but i was hoping to get some help in this area, preferably how to install, and how to get the most of the SSD drive, thanks


    also, what are good brands

    thanks alot Kalookakoo

    now all i would have to do is reformat and make the SSD the primary drive, where the OS file go? to take full advantage of the increased Read/Write speeds?

    therefore increasing my startup time etc?

    Yes, putting the OS on the SSD will speed your boot time.

    In terms of reliability Id say Crucial edges OCZ. But agree with Kalookakoo that Intel is best for reliability. I have an Intel that is over 3 years old now and running actually better than when I first bought it (firmware updates).
