    What type of memmory my laptop have? I want upgrade to 6 or 8GB but I think I never seen 3 or 4GB module

    You wont find a 3gb stick of ram.

    Since you have 4gb already, you would need to replace one 2gb stick with a 4gb stick to get a total of 6gb. Or replace both your sticks with 4gb sticks to get 8gb.

    You need DDR2 sodimm ram.

    4gb sticks do cost a lot.
