    I will change to new HDD and how could I install Quickplay?

    About Windows, Can I use recovery DVD?
    About Recovery partition, I don't mind coz I have recovery DVD.
    About Quickplay, How to install it to a new HDD?

    Booting with the recovery DVD should format/restore all the partitions and software on the system including Quickplay & the restore partition.

    If you want to use your own Windows XP disc, then backup a copy of the SWSetup folder. This contains all the necessary drivers & software(incl Quickplay)

    after I reformated my hard drive. I didn't even installed quick play. Because I barely use that anyway.

    All you have to do is boot up with the recovery disk and everything should install

    I have more question.

    How could I make a new partition on the HDD?
    I try to use Disk Management (by right-click on My Computer>Manage).
    But it can not be created.

    XP lacks the option to resize a partition and then create a new one. It can only create a new partition only if you have extra unallocated space. So yo will have to use third party applications like Gparted Live CD which is open source. It is pretty easy to use and does a very good job.
