Hey, I really appreciate you helping me out!!

My laptop(dv5178us) is almost ready to take off!!
Alright, my almost (I hope...) the last question is, whether the type of processor matter or not.
there is information about T7200,T7400,T7600 on Intel web-site. And each model has two types mPGA and mBGA. And I assume that my laptop supports mPGA. (CPUZ said so)
So, the point is, my laptop support both type of cpu?

    Thanks in advance!! :)

Forget the mBGA, those are used in systems which have the cpu soldered on to the motherboard. Socketed systems use the mPGA and as Skeete mentions as long as it mentions Socket M, it should fit in your system.
