    1. I've seen a few posts about people complaining sound quality due to drivers. How good is it?
    2. My custom presets do not save. How do you get them to stay at your desired settings?
    3. How do I completely uninstall it if it isn't that great? Are there any better audio settings programs for laptops?

    I really dislike the IDT program so I stick to the Microsoft driver. If you uninstall the IDT program when you restart Microsoft should auto-install their basic audio driver.
