    Included Software isn't correct!

    When I ordered my Compaq R3000T CTO it says online under included software Roxy CD/DVD and then when I get it, it has Sonic recorder on it! I really don't like it at all, and its had errors coping moving so I had to through out 2 DVD's. DVD's are not cheap either, do you think I have a case to get HP to send me the correct version of Roxy they advertised?

    You can try, but probably not. They most likely have some fine print that says they can substitute bundled software titles.

    Contact HP and tell them your story. I would imagine they would help you out, or at least give you a reason why things happened the way they did.

    call up HP we will send you out the software if we cant find it on the notebook...*check in software setup first tho*

    when i say US i say that because i work for the tech support for HP...*lucky me[V]
