    I am finishing up a review of our in house model, and for various reasons we had to do a clean install. The battery gauge while giving a % reading, does not give estimated time remaining. could anyone with this particular model (the amd version) check theirs to see if its the same way, or if they have the battery life listed off.

    A co-worker just got his and has it in front of him. He checked it and it only shows percent when you run your mouse over it.

    I think if you installed HP Battery check, it'll show you the time remaining. But since I downgraded to XP, I never bother to install the HP Battery check because I had to install DOT .NET.
