    Hi,
I am thinking to install SSD on HP Envy 13-3000 laptop. I don't know much about SSD so I have few questions.

1- Does this laptop support 2 drives at the same time ( SSD and HDD)?
2- Which kind of SSD does it support ( SATA II or SATA III etc.)?
3- I am thinking to install +750gb SSD so any particular SSD model which you guys suggest.
4- Is there any installation guide for SSD on HP Envy 15-3000?

    Regards,

    1. You may be able to remove the optical drive (I think people have done this) and put the 750GB drive there.

    2. This will support SATA 3 drives (and 2)

    3. If you're talking just a single 750GB or more SSD then unless you're made of money the Crucial M500 or the samsung EVO are both offered at 1TB capactities for around 450-500 and are both pretty good drives.

    4. Refer to fresh install guides, no different than installing any other new HDD, you'll just need a windows DVD.
