Anyone have any guides/references to where exactly under my presario v3000z the memory goes? I mean I can dig around but if anyone can point me to which one of the litlte panels under my laptop is the memory that would be great (I don't see any obvious signs like MEMORY here) :) I can't find any manuals for the v3000 that would tell me either.

You are amazing. Thank you! I'll report on whether or not the ddr2 667 ram (Transcend) behaves with my v3000z.
