I have gotten the blue screen a couple times before due the ATI's video driver. Now everytime i'm playing a game, it stutters(n lags) every 10 seconds. I've installed the new driver or tried to use Rollback, the problem still persists.

Posting your specs would help a lot but I would guess that the driver wasn't installed properly. Try uninstalling the video drivers, rebooting, and installing the drivers from HPs website.

    1-Download last 10.7 Catalyst Mobility.
2-Use Driver Sweeper to clean all ATI drivers, reboot(it will turn on with legacy windows VGA - so low resolution)
3-install the last 10.7 Catalyst Mobility.

You can get it from here Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

That's really strange. I have more or less the same notebook and have had no such issues after installing the 10.7 drivers. Could this be a hardware issue?

i'm thinking the same thing, maybe the video card? I've ran diagnostic tests, everything seems fine. I've only had the Blue screen concerning the video card.

I'm not sure what to tell you other than to possibly contact HP for a warranty repair.
