I currently have F.57 Bios installed on notebook running 32bit Win7.... HP page for dv6700t shows F.58 as the latest available update but I know F59 is also available. Is F.59A ( here is the link) a safe update for dv6700t CTO notebook? Is there any significant benefit of this update over F.57?

The F.59 A BIOS will work just fine since the motherboards that HP used in the dv6700t are the same as the ones used in the dv6500/dv9500/dv9700 series.

Looking at the documentation, it shows that the dv6700t uses motherboards with the sysid 0x30CC or 0x30D2, both being compatible with the F.59 A BIOS. Even HP had also noted that F.58 A, which is SP39862, was superseded by SP42153, which is F.59 A. If you still have doubts, you can always go up to what HP says. :)
