;) My notebook is Compaq Presario 2149AD. I want to upgrade its memory by using Kingston 512MB PC2100 DDR 266MHz SODIMM Memory. Is this memory compatible with my notebook?

I think that's right. To confirm, use the system scanner at Crucial, that will also give you another price to compare against.

    Thank you!
The original RAM in my notebook is also PC2100 DDR266, but it is made by Hyudai. I just want to the two brands are compatible or not.

    The brand shouldn't matter.

Yes Kingston Value RAM is compatible with Presario series. I have bought KVR 512MB PC2700 for my Presario M2215AP and it ran well.
