My DV2000 has a drscrete graphics so it comes with a 90W charger. I didn't notice the 65W charger is smaller by about 30% until comparing one to my friend's.

Oh and btw, don't buy the cheap charger sold on ebay. They are VERY badly made. Louder than the laptop and only works intermittetly. I am waiting for the seller to respond for the return process. Even at $13 this is still a rip-off.

I have never noticed noise from a laptop charger. Does anyone else have input about the ebay chargers? I want to buy one for my hp notebook expansion base, and I dont think I need anything fancy. I bought one from ebay for my lcd monitor and I do not have any problems with it.

Yea I just bought a second HP charger to leave at home and it came with an adapter to go from a large plug (probably for a different model) down to the 90 watt smart pin. I'll just wrap some electrical tape around it so it dosen't pull apart.
So anyway your friends is bigger! :)
