Is the Envy Beats edition chassis metal? The reason I ask as it seem it could be plastic. Feels plastic.
On the regular Envy it states its metal in the specs and on the page ad.
on the Beats edition there is no mention and it feels like it could be plastic.
The rest of its rubber coated so who knows what it is.

oK I read a couple of early ads the state is aluminum. Just want to be sure!

The Beats Edition is metal in all the same places that the standard Envy is metal. The lid is metal, and the palmrest/keyboard tray are metal except painted with a soft-touch material. The black chrome around the edges is metal. The only plastic is on the bottom of the machine.
