    Is there any way to get a record of all case numbers that have been filed for an HP Compaq notebook?

    Just wondering...I accidentally deleted my saved chat logs, and I cannot recover them.

    I need the info, does anyone know how to get those numbers?

    Have you used the ITRC interface before? It has a history of your notebook if the warranty/carepack has been linked.
    You may not be able to retrieve past history which are not linked to your profile, but HP has a record of that. You can just ask them for it.

    Alright, I'm chatting with them now and hopefully they can get me those numbers.

    I looked around before myself and couldn't find that information...pitty. I don't like bothering others when I'm the one who accidentally deleted my own records, but I need those numbers.

    And...managed to figure out what all they referenced because they also gave me the dates.
