    currently my laptops 4200mAh 47Wh (6 cell battery) is spoilt.

    a HP BBattery 6 Cell 2,2Ah 47Wh (593557-800) is available within a week.

    is this new replacement battery better?

    i am not good with electronics...but isnt 2,2Ah too weak for a laptop battery ?

    i am looking for a higher current rating in a 6 cell battery...any recommendations???

    Pls advice!

    Might be a typo, did you call HP to verify? That number does seem low.
