    I am considering buying this laptop. The specs are attached below, couldn't copy and paste.

    The price is 1199.99 and I don't have to pay tax or shipping. So that is the total.

    Somebody let me know, I was looking at T61s and dv6500t and dv2500t and this seems like a better deal then both of those.

    First, the system you want to buy from COSTCO is basically an HP dv6500t. Its just name differently because its a system designed for sale at a particular retailer.

    I priced a comparable HP dv6500t on their website w/ a 2YR warranty (same as the COSTCO system) and the price, with the current HP 20% off coupon, before tax was $1,239.18. The shipping is free. So you are getting a good deal on the COSTCO system! Let us know how you like it!
