also, does the bigger 5400rpm hard drive perform much better over the 4200?i really dont need an 80gig hd, but i thought i needed the 5400 to play games.

I will only be playing world of warcraft and surfing the internet on this notebook

why wont i be playing it for more than a year?obviously, you have never tried it. If everyone that has actually owned this specific notebook has had no problems running it, then why would you say it cant handle it?

Can you play WoW on a Intel GMA 900. Maybe.

Can you play it well? No.

You would rather get a better GPU in a different laptop that go for a 2Ghz Pentium M.

If you are doing ANY kind of gaming, an Intel GMA 900 does NOT cut it. This is my experience from many hours of hearing people being disappointed with the laptops they bought for themselves.

I would recommend a dedicated GPU for WoW, regardless of whatever you might want to play on. If you can spend $15 a month on an online game, you should pony up the cash to play it like it was meant to be played. :p

My laptop plays WoW great on near highest settings. Need some RAM though. :)

get V2000Z with ATI X200 , its better than integrated 900 media accelerator.
