    avgcc.exe
    BTStackerServer.exe
    Bttray.exe
    csrss.exe
    dwm.exe
    ehmsas.exe
    ehtray.exe
    explorer.exe
    Flashutil9d.exe
    ieuser.exe
    iexplore.exe
    jusched.exe
    MSASCui.exe
    QLBCTRL.exe
    QPService.exe
    RtHDVCpl.exe
    rundll32.exe
    rundll32.exe
    taskeng.exe
    taskmgr.exe
    winlogon.exe
    wmpnscfg.exe

If anyone has any info or can recommend anything please let me know.
Also I partitioned my hard drive when I did a Clean install, but windows still seems to be using up a lot of hard drive space. Any info on this would also help. Thank you!!!!!!

Hmm. I currently have 48 running on Home Premium, with ZoneAlarm/AVG and IE7 active. I no longer have Quickplay installed, which looks like what a couple of your processes are. When I was running Ultimate RC2, I had an average of 60............

You can generally tweak things down to 50ish without any noticeable loss of functionality.
