Theres an issue with my Compaq Presario v3700 with Intel 965.

I have a ViewSonic VA2226W monitor which I hook it up with.

However recently, the VA2226w started to have some 'flickering' when I view dark colours webpages or videos or wallpaper on the monitor.

Called up to the On-site technician and they did a check with my several other PCs such as desktops and other monitors. They did not had the flickering issue.

It seemed that it only happens to this particular machine.

Anyone can shed some light? Is it some drivers issues? or its just plain problems with the Intel Graphics card?

Using Windows 7 & Vista dual boot. Both OS had the flickering issue.
