    sorry guys....my english is not so good.....
    I bought dv6508tx last 3 weeks.......Now i notice that.......whenever i turn my laptop on.........the adapter produce a noisy sound..........i dont know whether u guys face the same problem or not............Last time i used HP NX5000....... and the adapter had no sound at all................Please reply me whenever u free............If that is a problem then i think i will change another adapter from HP service center..............

    I'll excuse your English....but there's really no reason.....to use so many periods.....while typing.

    While onto the question: AC adapters aren't supposed to make any noise. I'd recommend getting it exchanged out.
