I wonder if anyone out there would have some insights on the issue I have. This unit does not seem to turn on at all. When I insert the power supply the power light does not even light on the unit. I am a computer technician and this is stumping me. I did some research online and found that the correct power supply is 18.5V/DC, which I have and on bottom of the unit it said Input 5.0V DC 50maA.

Could the internal inverter be bad? Is there something I am missing?

    Thanks,

    Tony
