It's after 7AM (EST) on Black Friday. So far I can't find any better deals than were available yesterday. :(

I tried to find the 40% off via Live.com, but couldn't find it.

    Anyone have ideas?

There were definitely better deals in the recent weeks, I was hoping for a NICE deal today, so far, no luck. Maybe monday will be the day.

The hp G50 was a good deal in my opinion but those sold out QUICK.
    Same with the $380 Toshiba

I last saw the 40% off at 1am before I went to sleep. Now its not there anymore. What gives HP???

It was slated from 7am to 7pm PST. So I'm hoping at 7am PST it'll be back up, and I won't be thinking someone screwed up at HP again.

I've never used Live Cashback before... So, with the 40% cashback, Microsoft will send me a check for over $1000 if I buy a laptop for more than $2500?

    Seems hard to believe.

Or maybe the laptop will just cost $1500 instead of $2500.....

Yes, sorry, the $2500 was just an example. But my question is about Microsoft sending me a big check (for $1000, let's say). Can I trust that they'll do that?

im pretty sure the max on microsoft ebay cash back atleast is like 200 dollars an item, so 30% coupon on a 666 dollar item.
