    Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone else's edges are jagged or rough on a portion of bottom edge of the DVD/CD slot? See my picture below for a visual...

    Those edges were common on the Envy 15 chassis. Except sometimes they do a bit of a sloppy job and didn't buff them out well. However, it is not really considered a defect worth concerning about.

    As long as your cd's eject, I dont think it would be worth returning back. I just got an envy in the recent batch, im getting my cd's stuck in there once in a while :(

    That sucks! Haven't experienced that yet, but I rarely use the CD drive...

    Are your edges smooth or a little rough as well?
