There most probably will be a thread on this somewhere on the forum but I've got some problems with the sound. I have a HP TX1000 with Vista and the sound is really jerky. I have installed the most recent driver from the HP site but this did not help. Can I try something else or is this just another Vista problem?

Go in your device manager and click on wireless adapters. Then disable wireless a. That's it. Your sound will be fixed.

Had the same problem some months ago - The sound was cutting and the removal of wireless "a" solved that problem.

But I have another sound problem that seems to be unique since I have failed to find any solution in any forum.
When playing music (any format) in Windows Media Player 11 and Media Center the volume goes up and down - like when you in the "old days" recorded with automatic levels.
No problem when i play the same tracks using QuickTime or Rapsody.
    Any good ideas?

Check if your power supply is not going out, that was what my problem was. After trying to fix it everyway else I took it in and they listened to my power supply fan and said that replacing it would fix it and it did!!! Love the music!
