Welcome to the forums and congrats on the notebook purchase, but you might want to ask a specific question. This is a pretty wide open question, tell us what problem are you having?

Its good you bought a car. My suggestion is

    1. Buy a Barrel of Gasoline.
    2. Pour it all over your car(Keep some amount of it for later use)
    3. Light a match stick
    4. Throw it on your b--- car
    5. Make sure no one is inside.:cry:
    6. Now you should be able to realise what the remaining Gasoline is for????????

Good one. I too found the thread titled a bit awkwardly.

I liked this even more. Took him down all at once.

But I am happy to see an Indian(I hope that you are one gvsiva kumar) on the board, finally. You could start off by performing a clean install. There might be chances that your copy of Windows is corrupted, but I am pretty sure that a clean install must help. Try looking at the stickies at the top of the HP forums titled Clean install guide by Orev. Tell me if you have any problems.

Also you might want to edit your signature to tell us the exact model and specifications of your new notebook so that we can help you better in the future as well.
