This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Just bought a dv5t from hp.com! yay me. something weird though i noticed.

    I just bought the dv5t from hp.com and used a coupon that was on notebookreview :)

    anyway, the strange thing was that the bronze colored case had the option to get the 9600 GT graphics card while the black only had the 9200GS available. I think the bronze color also had some other features that were cheaper than the black dv5t. It was odd.

    Anyway, finally I got a new computer. so i just wanted to share... at 2:30 am :D
