    Just purchased dv6t ~3min ago
I probably shouldn't have spent the money, but my laptop recently died and I needed another. I should have posted here before I ordered but...20/20 hindsight. Tell me I got my money's worth.

Really? Even with a 30% off coupon the lowest I could get it (with the same specs) was ~$900 pre tax.

I was able to get the 9cell battery, the full HD screen, 7200 rpm hard-drive and 6770M 1gig which put me just above $999 required for the 30% coupon to work. I could have upgraded to an i5 for $100, but the first google results pointed towards no noticeable difference for a user like me.

If anyone is interested, the coupons I was considering using/used were:

    25% off $799 NBCT8382 [Exp. 10/30 or 900 uses]
    30% off $999 NBT29776 [Exp. 10/30 or 900 uses]
