Looks good. Did you use the coupon code with it?

As for delivery, it always says 5-7 days but I usually get them in 3. Hopefully yours will be as quick. :)

Yea, I got it for under $1050.00

Good to hear about the shiping. I guess 10 days for a build is typical?

Pretty much anymore. Sometimes it can get longer if there are part shortages, but HP is pretty good about updating the site.

    Yo John!

Good system. HP ususally ships BEFORE their stated shipping date (for me, it was 4 days earlier, though I have heard of people getting their lappies shipped later than the estimated date.) I just got mine a week ago and lovin it.

Also off topic: As you can probably tell from my user name, I am also a huge Star Trek fan. I am one of those fans that wen through my teenage years watching "Voyager". It was an awesome show, though I'm a big fan of all the series ("Enterprise" Included). I think I eventually came to like "Deep Space Nine" in my adult life.

Just received mine last Thursday. It was shipped 3 days early, and arrived in about 4 days. So far I'm loving it. Everything has "just worked" and I don't have any complaints. (knock on wood)

    Congrats on your purchase.

I ordered a dv6700tse and it arrived 8 days after the order date. It was working great but I decided I wanted a 17 in so I returned it and ordered a dv9700t and it arrived 9 days after the order date. I think these delivery times are typical. The first one was deliverd the day after it was picked up in China and the second two days after it was picked up in China. Both arrived before 10:30 am.

You will get your laptop soon.
