    Just received my Envy 15 back from HP after a week of repairs, blue screen errors still like crazy!

    So I shipped my computer off for 3 problems;

    1.) Fan grinding noise. Fixed. Thanks HP :)
    2.) Monitor distortion; intermittent problem, not sure if fixed.
    3.) Constant blue screens. NOT FIXED.
    :eek:

    They replaced the motherboard on the system saying it was the problem for everything. Apparently not. How have you guys managed to fix your blue screen problems?? The issue for me is that this thing is a REFURB that I bought from best Buy. My 90 days are coming up soon, and I dont want to be left with a 1000 dollar paper weight. I'm kind of upset, but I know it isnt HP's fault. I just want this thing to work so I can get MY work done!

    Tell them to extend the warranty to make up for however long the notebook was not in your hands for. Try to send it in again, if they mess up again ask for 1 year extended warranty free of charge or you will be taking legal measures or something. (check with your city to see how much small claims court is, chances are thats your best bet if they screw you over).
