I read that HP is making laptops with "kaveri" chips

    Kaveri vs Haswell vs Broadwell?

If you are not going to be doing more intensive tasks than streaming several youtube videos, then which one do you want in your business laptop or tablet?

Are there any advantages of haswell or broadwell? Why did HP get kaveri chips? I heard they have better performance per watt or something but what kind of people need that?

If your performance needs are low, it really doesn't matter what CPU you get. The only relevant details for CPUs that would apply to your situation would be how much power they use (newer ones being more efficient).
