Technology is fast, it will probably be replaced over the summer and at least once again after that.

extremely good. it's tec. there is always new and better things coming out. that is just how it works.

it is a nice system, if I had the money and the need I would definatly buy that or something very compairable.

This decision has to be entirely up to you. Technology changes so fast that there is almost something better out there as soon as you buy a computer. Basically, if you need it, want it, and like it then keep it. If you would rather have your money back then return it and get something later when you really need or want it.

If you plan on waiting for better models, you will be waiting forever as they improve things too fast.

    Honestly?

If you have to ask, take it back.
It's obvious you're not "stricken" by it, and you even posted a follow-up comment...

    Take it back...

It seems like you don't have a need for a laptop now, so as others have said, return it to the shop. Or, I could take it off your hands for the unbelievable price of $50 :p.

i bought the tx2513cl from costco, it has 2 years of warranty so i thought it was alright. It was shipped to my door in 2 days so that was pretty nice.

all is good, except the sounds are weak even with external speakers and it runs pretty hot when gaming

If you don't need it then send it back. You might be charged with a re-stocking fee. New CPUs comes and goes.. quad core Intels for laptops is coming out next month. By next year it might be eight cores and beyond. It sort of funny, people buy the latest and greatest and then when they get their gear, it's outdated within 3 months. I only use mine for email, internet and occasionally watching movies, burning music and rarely video graphics. It's still underused for the specs.
