    Keep having to reset modem

    I have a Pavilion dv7-4270us. As of yesterday I keep getting no internet access issues. Run trouble shooter and it says modem is having connectivity issues or something like that. Says to reset modem. All the lights are on on the modem. Its a Motorola cable modem, model SB5101. Is this an ISP issue?Thanks for any ideas.
