    Hello,
    I have installed Windows XP as well as the drivers from hp.com on my 8510w, yet as I set Device Manager to show me hidden devices, I can see the entry "Keyboard_Filter_01" under Other Devices. And I can't find its driver. If anyone had the same issue or knows the sollution to this problem, I would be most grateful if You could share it with me. Thanks in advance.

    this is a part of the hp quicklaunch buttons.

    uninstall that, download the latest version for your lap & install it. problem solved.
