anybody have any insight as to whether HP is going to offer an ExpressCard/54 slot on the L2000? I'm torn between the L2000, DV1000 and the DV4000. I can't decide which one will be a better fit for me yet. I wonder which version of the XPRESS 200M it will get.

I saw all the pictures that were on the main page last week but I was hoping that HP just didn't show all the available options in those pictures. It looks like you can get a zv6000 with or without the ExpressCard/54 depending on which video option you choose. So I was hoping that the L2000 would be offered in a similar fashion

Anybody know what the second port form the left is? HP calls it "Expansion Port 2" but I haven' seen anything like it before.

So how do you connect parallel and mouse ports to the laptop? USB only?

I believe the Expansion Base (basically a docking sattion w/stand) has serial, parralel, and PS2 ports. There are also USB-to-blah converters for all of those port types, if you can't afford or don't want the (frankly, quite ugly...I've seen it set up at Best Buy, and it doesn't look like it was designed for the computer at all) expansion base.
