    What HP laptop is it?

Are you sure you completely cleaned the keyboard(you probably have to remove the keyboard to properly clean it)

Also you may want to consider buying a new laptop keyboard....

Just wondering how to remove the keyboard for cleaning or replacing it??? Wouldn't it void the warranty??

There are service manuals from HP on the web.

    For yours for example here.

I suggest buying a new keyboard, not an expensive part at all. If the keyboard is already dry and still not working then the liquid has done damage

Its quite easy, 3 screws and a set of special way to pop out the keyboard module

Find videos here for how to replace various parts (including keyboard) within HP laptops.

I'd follow the service guide's instructions for replacing the keyboard and if you don't see any coffee damage elsewhere just replace the keyboard. They're fairly cheap on eBay. Usually the keyboard does a pretty good job of containing the spill. Since your notebook appears to work other than some broken keys you're probably OK.

If you replace the keyboard and you have other problems, then you have other problems. Start with the keyboard.

Basically your keyboard is sending signals to the motherboard that certain keys are being hit. If most of the keys are working on the keyboard, and only a few don't work, then the keyboard is the problem. If the motherboard, or the port that the keyboard connects to the motherboard was the problem the keyboard wouldn't work at all, or it would work intermittently as a whole. So if you are noticing that only certain keys don't work, and those are the only ones that stopped working, it is the keyboard.

Replacing the keyboard will not void your warranty, and if you want the manual for your laptop you can find it on HP's website. If you can't find the manual for your laptop I'll need the model number and I'll look it up and post it for you.
