Hello Everyone... something funny happened to me but don't know how to fix it. :)

My little baby sister sneezed accidently infront of the LCD screen  ... and of course some small drops fell on the screen.. the problem now is I am not able to remove them.. like if they were stuck ... tried many times with small pressure but i have failed to remove em..... they appear as bright small spots when the screen is turned off ... any idea how can i remove them ??

    Thank you .. :)
