I have an 850 G5 with the 1920x1080 touch screen but I would like to replace it with a 1920x1080 400 nits screen. I have checked the HP spec sheets and it says the touch screen interface is "eDP 1.2" while the 400 nits screen interface is "eDP 1.3 + PSR".

I would like to know if is this possible?

And where can I find the replacement screen 400 nits model?

your service manual https://content.etilize.com/User-Manual/1045971206.pdf (search ctrl+f "screen")
you can upgrade 4k 400nit ultra slim panel or full hd 220-400-650nit antiglare ultra slim panel officialy but problem is your screen with touch capable if you want more nits, your touch is gone

The touch is not important but I would like the details of the non-touch FHD panels, I can't find anything online.
