    Hi all..

my LCD has died, i thought it was only the inverter, but it turned out te whole LCD is gone..

    the LCD part is a SAMSUNG LTN154X1-L02 (1280x800 non-glossy)

my question is, I found a compatible model with the same serail number, on Ebay, but with a glossy finish, so I was wondering if it still work on my HP zt3000

    thanks in advance. :)

Yeps, it shouldn't be a problem. The glossy finish is just a layer of a sort of special shinny plastic over the screen they use instead of a mate layer.

yes it will work but if you going to use it out doors I suggest you don't get the glossy one
