I just got a DV6000t and I got a LPL screen despite my request of QDS. Anyhow this LPL screen is beautiful and has no dead pixel. Does any one know whay LPL stands for?

i think you just need use google to search LPL ~~~

    i got a problem~ when display some color~
my screen give me stripe color~~
the Quick Reply background color just show me that~ could you try to see this?
    and tell me what happen?
1 move the webpage ,make the Quick Reply at the top.
2 down your head and watch the Quick Reply background color.
3 does that is pure color ? or is stripe color , or even interweave color?

LPL is LG Phillips. I have an LPL screen on my dv6000t, and I think it's excellent. Just an FYI, LPL is the stock symbol for the LG Company.

What do you think of the screen??

The LPL screen I got on mine is as good as my girl friend's Sony SZ screen. Perfect, I don't need to return it if nothing else is wrong, I guess I will find out in few days of use.

My wireless icon shows disconected but I can surf the web! does anybody know why. I have installed all intell and HP soft but some times shows conected and some times not.

My wireless icon was showing as disconnected until I went into the wireless properties and unclicked the box to show the icon and hit OK. Then go back and click the box to show the icon and hit OK. It then showed up correctly and hasn't reverted back.

Thank you friend. I have tried that, and should wait and see if does that again. I called HP and they were clueless.
