I just bought the
Vantec LPC-301 LapCool2 Notebook Cooler ( https://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=370855 ) and i was wondering if anyone with the cooler can tell me how much cooling it provides. I have heard that it is a solid product, but its only defect is that the USB cord is too short for frontside USB ports.

I can't imagine ever (personally) needing to use any form of cooler with this system...

I agree. This notebook runs at a frosty 36 degrees celcius. I suggest returning it and getting a nice logitech notebook mouse instead. I wish the new V200 was available when I bought my Logitech cordless optical notebook mouse.

Thanks for the cool links, mtrivs...I just checked out that gaming mouse you mentioned...nice, I just might have to go and get one for myself. Now I'm gonna end up with one more mouse that I don't really need!!! Hell, that's how I ended up with my new ZV6000 right next to my less than a year old zv5220us!! LOL

I will let you guys know, via screenshots how the cooler works. I will also tell you how my experience with the new mouse is going, when i get it on 7/5. I got free 2nd day, but since the 4th of july, i am getting it a little later.
P.S. I remember seeing a zv6000/r4000 service manual somewhere, can someone point me to where i can find it? -

TY miner, just what i remember seeing

Thanks for the link for the zv6000 service manual, miner. Do you know of any links for a service manual for the zv5000 series?
