I showed it to some engineers some said its fan is damadge and it will cost 7500 some said its dcooling is damage and will cost 3500

and
Please tell me What is D-Cooling ?

7500rs is 185$ which is CRAZY for a fan... you can look online and find them for much cheaper than that. Sounds like your engineers are trying to take you for a trip...

One way to tell if the fan is running is to do the following.
1) open your notebook to a 90* angle.
2) plug in the AC Adapter.
3) while watching the fan press the power button. On boot the fan should always power up for a couple seconds to test.
If it spins then your fan is working, but I suggest you update your BIOS. The most recent BIOS update adjusts the fan algorithms.
However if it isn't running goto the link below... follow the instructions until you are able to take off the keyboard, then check and make sure the fan is plugged in.... The connector is located below the power button connector...

also
till yesterday my fan was not working
but today I tried to blow some air from my mouth so the Fan rotate after a few blows fan started working
But after I shutdown it again stops working, and when I restart i dosent on
I again have to blow air ?
Can this Prob solve by BIOS Update ? or is the Fan got Damadge ? -
Firstly let me just tell you that I got my Desktop Fan replaced(did it myself) in just 200 Rupees. Mind you it was a genuine Microsoft product. I know Desktp fan prices aren't the same but there is no reason why it should be a few 100 times the price of a Desktop fan!
It is important for you to get your Notebook to the right place as there are a lot of cheaters out there waiting to loot you.
Looking by what you have just sayed it seems that your fin might not actually be damaged but probably blocked by chinks of dust. Let FunnyX reply to help you in cleaning it yourself if you are comfortable with that that is. -
I downloaded this and tried to install but it gave error

"This BIOS is not for your Notebook PC."
Now wht can I do ? -
You get your Notebook to some credible guy to get it repaired as it might be tough for you to do it yourself.
-
he read all the replied in this Thread and than done what your hav said
But he too got the same error
"This BIOS is not for your Notebook PC."
The Other Credible guy says my Laptops DCooling and Fan is Corrupt so need to change it and he needs Rs. 7500(i.e. nearly 200US$), and i am sure he is lying bcoz my Fan is working after some blows
Please help me what to do -
OK the BIOD might not be for your Laptop. And also it seems follish to expect your Fan to start working magically by just upgrading your BIOS. You need to get your notebook opened and Clean off the dust or to get the fan replaced. You would need to hit the market in case none of the person you know could do it. It would be better if you would contact HP on this. Also it is not good for you to use the notebook in case the Fan isn't working as it can seriously hurt your Notebook's processor and other components.

brianstretch Notebook Virtuoso
What does Other Credible Guy mean by "DCooling"?
If your notebook has an AMD CPU, that's why the BIOS radopod linked to didn't work. What is your notebook's exact model name? The link you posted at the top of this thread didn't work. -
Yes brianstretch is right. You need to supply us with the exact Model number if you want us to help you. I gave you the BIOS link using the info that you supplied which might be incomplete.
