When I switch on the Laptop fan starts for a sec or two but after this it stops and dosent run, If i blow some air from my mouth it starts running and works fine

but it dose not start automatically as it should be when I switch on my Lap

I have also tried some software upgrade and BIOS update but nothing helped

What can be the Prob is their Prob with Fan or batter or any other Hardware or Software Prob ?

It sounds like the fan is sticking? Ideally I'd take the notebook apart (remove the battery first!) and clean all the dust from the fan, maybe replace the heatsink thermal compound with Arctic Silver 5 while I was at it, but if the notebook's still under warranty you should probably let HP deal with it. Worst case you might need a new fan.

its a v2000 so chances are he dosent have a warrenty anymore unless he bought an extended one try blowing some compressed air into the laptop see if that helps it maybe its just clogged up inside.
