    For a while now, I've had some lines on my computer screen. I cannot screenshot them, they do not appear. I took a picture of it.

    I had the same problem with my LCD monitor from HP just last week, it's an HP Elite L2201x. Essentially a dead row of pixels that we're yellow from top to bottom. I called HP and they overnighted a replacement monitor out to the house and I sent the faulty unit in. It was a very simple process. I'd recommend calling HP and getting a replacement panel installed.
