    Hi everyone,

Could someone tell me, where is the GPU located in the motherboard of a DV9000?

There are three chips, CPU in the right side, onother chip in the left side named with NVIDIA GF-GO 7600 and another chip between these two. The CPU and the chip in the middle share the same heat sink.

    Thank you

The nvidia chip is the GPU.

The chip in the middle is probably the north bridge.

So let me guess, your GPU is faulty?
