    Hello,
Has anyone seen the installer for HP Recovery Manager for ENVY 15-3200 on the HP Support? I am looking to reinstall this application after it was infected with the virus instead of resetting to factory settings and reinstall all my programs again.

When I try to open the HP Recovery Manager it prompts that the file Rebecca.exe is missing. If someone who has ENVY 15-3200 could simply zip and email me the whole folder HP Recovery Manager that would be really great. I already recovered the rest of the apps except that one because it is not available online and the previous versions won't install.

For the record - the virus that I recently picked up on that laptop was a nasty W32.Jeefo one. I would strongly suggest that we all check the Services for PowerManager service running in automatic mode and pointing to svchost.exe under C:\Windows. If you find that service there - mostly likely you are infected too. The Norton or other tool would detect it but do not remove it. The only fix that worked for me was a free tool at http://www.sophos.com/support/disinfection/jeefoa.html. It does a good job by fixing the infected EXE files without putting them to quarantine folder like Norton. However, before I ran that tool, I already cleared all my items in Quarantine settings in Norton and lost some of the infected EXEs including the HP Recovery Manager.

    Thank you in advance!
