I have been hovering on these forums for a couple weeks now and am glad to announce I am a proud owner of the Envy 14. The build quality is awesome except for one little problem.

The 'g' key on my laptop works (I am typing this review on it and have had a couple errors with words with g in it, hoveringg, etc.) but the 'g' key is very loose. All of the other keys have great feedback.

I have searched the forum to see if there is a guide to replacing the chiclet style keys but have not been able to pin one down. I am hoping it is just an incorrectly installed key and someone here can get me a guide to fix it. Does anyone know how to remove the key on an Envy laptop?

I appreciate any help that anyone can give me. Thanks in advance!

P.S. I have the 520m and do not have the whine problem =D

I'm having the same issue... sorry to revive an old topic but I didn't want to create a new one if someone else is having/had the same problem.

    It is my 'mute' button.
